Abstract

Abraham is considered by many to be the common ancestor of Jews, Christians and Muslims. However, the fact that there are also differences between these monotheistic religions can be shown by the different narratives of Awraham, Abraham and Ibrahim – and these different perspectives are also interesting for ethics or philosophy classes!

The lesson unit ´Abraham under the blessing of God´ includes separate lessons and materials for Jewish, Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, Islamic and Ethical perspectives.
